Susan Lisa Ungar, M.D. received her degree from State University
of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn and subsequently completed
dual residencies in Dermatology and Pediatrics at the SUNY Health
Science Center at Brooklyn, respectively. Dr. Ungar is board
certified in both Pediatrics and Dermatology.
Dr. Ungar is on staff at Mt. Sinai Medical Center
and NSUH at Plainview and Syosset. In addition to her clinical appointments,
Dr. Ungar maintains a number of professional affiliations. She is
an active member of the following organizations:
- Pediatric Society of Dermatology
- American Academy of Dermatology (AAD)
- American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS)
- Women's Dermatologic Society
- American Academy of Pediatrics
